Clocks fall back this Sunday, Nov 1. Most of the US loses an hour of evening light. (Arizona doesn't change its clocks.)

So the last few holes now end in the dark. That's where glow golf balls come in. They are easy to see in low light, and they're fun.

From Anna, FairwayPrime's founder: "I play glow balls myself on late-afternoon rounds, and they make the last few holes fun."

First, a Rules Note

LED balls are for fun and practice. They are not for rounds played under the Rules of Golf or for competitions. The Rules of Equipment say a conforming ball must be made almost entirely of elastomeric materials (R&A/USGA Rules of Equipment, Part 4). A battery and LED inside the ball is not one of the allowed exceptions.

UV-glow balls have no electronics. Only Volvik claims its UV ball is USGA conforming. FairwayPrime has not checked that against the USGA Conforming Ball List.

Also check your course. Ask if it allows evening or night play.
